About Nicole Smith

Growing up on expansive ranch land in the central valley, Nicole has deep California roots. Since 2001 she's made her home in the East Bay, raising her children in Walnut Creek and Concord, but she loves that she can find peace on the coast or solace in the Sierras just a short drive away. Purchasing and fixing up houses and turning them into family homes ignited a passion for real estate over the years and she brings her extensive knowledge of her community to each client.

Nicole earned her AA in Liberal Arts and launched a successful photography business while raising her four children. As an active PTA member at various elementary schools over the years, she organized fundraising, art and theater events both large and small, utilizing her creative energy and exceptional attention to detail to benefit her community. Her commitment to helping and supporting others and the meticulous care and attention she brings to each transaction gives her clients an invaluable peace of mind as she navigates each purchase and sale.
